The Plan supports Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). It is an individual district's/agency's decision to provide a FSA plan and determine who will administer their FSA plan. Please see your district's/sagency's Insurance Representative for more information to determine if this benefit is provided by your employer.
If your district/agency uses Consociate Dansig to administer your flexible spending benefit program, please utilize the provided claim forms.
